郑丙莲研究员简介:
1998年获华中师范大学生物学学士学位,2001年获华中师范大学农业昆虫与害虫防治专业硕士学位,2006年获中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所遗传学博士学位。2006-2011年先后在美国加州大学河滨分校和伯克利分校从事博士后研究, 2012年3月被聘为复旦大学生命科学学院研究员,博士生导师。
研究概述:
以拟南芥和大豆为模式生物,综合遗传学、生物化学和分子生物学等方法,主要研究: 1)小分子RNA的产生和作用机理,重点对分离小分子RNA途径上的新基因尤其是具有负调节活性的组分感兴趣; 2) 小分子RNA在雄配子形成和双受精过程中的生物学功能和作用机制。
